For families who reside in South Florida part of the year, Scoobie’s offers a Seasonal Concierge Membership designed to provide seamless, relationship-based veterinary care during your time in Florida.

This membership provides full concierge access while you’re here, with priority reactivation when you return each season (subject to capacity).

How It Works

• Seasonal Memberships are active for six (6) consecutive months during the period you are physically residing in South Florida.

• Clients may choose any membership tier (Basic, Essential, Signature, or Premier) during their active season.

• Memberships are offered in limited numbers to preserve quality, access, and individualized care.

• Returning Seasonal members are given priority renewal each year, subject to availability.

What’s Included

Seasonal members receive the same benefits as year-round concierge members during their active months, including:

• Personalized care planning and continuity of care

• House-call and virtual visit access based on selected tier

• Direct communication via text/email during business hours

• Priority scheduling for urgent needs

• Coordination with referral partners

• Online pharmacy setup and prescription management

• Ongoing treatments and supportive therapies that have been discussed and mutually agreed upon based on your pet’s individual needs and evolving care plan

Care plans may adapt over time as your pet’s health, comfort, and goals change.

Travel, Pricing & Billing Notes

• Seasonal memberships are billed monthly during the active 6-month period.

• Travel fees are billed separately based on Zones, as reviewed during your Initial Consultation.

• Services, medications, diagnostics, or therapies outside the care plan may be billed à la carte.

• Pricing is per household; additional pet fees may apply.

Reactivation Each Season

When you return to South Florida, your Seasonal Membership can be reactivated for your next 6-month period.

To ensure seamless continuity of care:

• A brief reactivation check-in (virtual or in-home) may be recommended if there has been a significant gap in care or changes in your pet’s health.

• Reactivation is prioritized for returning Seasonal members but remains subject to capacity at that time.

• Seasonal Signature Care – $950/month for 6 months

• Seasonal Premier Care – $1,900/month for 6 months
