VIP Concierge Membership information

At Scoobie’s Veterinary Concierge Service, we provide deeply personalized, relationship-based veterinary care that fits seamlessly into your family’s lifestyle. Our concierge membership model is designed to offer time, access, continuity, and in-home comfort—so your pet receives thoughtful, proactive care without the stress of traditional clinic visits.

Our care is built around partnership. Ongoing treatments and supportive therapies are discussed and mutually agreed upon based on your pet’s individual needs and evolving care plan. These services reflect what your pet needs right now and may gently adapt over time as their health, comfort, or goals change.

Step 1: Initial Consultation (Required for All New Clients)

All new clients begin with a one-time Initial Consultation—an in-depth, personalized visit designed to build a complete picture of your pet’s health and determine whether concierge care is the right fit.

During this visit, we:

  • Get to know you and your pet

  • Review medical history and daily lifestyle

  • Understand your care goals and preferences

  • Perform a comprehensive physical exam

  • Create an initial care plan

  • Review travel zones and pricing structure

  • Determine membership eligibility

  • Travel fee is included with the Initial Consultation.

Step 2: Membership Invitation

After your Initial Consultation, eligible clients are invited to join Scoobie’s Concierge Membership program. Membership is limited to ensure accessibility, quality of care, and personalized attention for each household.

All memberships include:

  • Personalized care planning and continuity of care

  • Direct access via text/email during business hours

  • Priority scheduling for urgent needs

  • Coordination with referral partners for diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and specialty care

  • Online pharmacy setup and prescription management

  • Seamless scheduling for house calls and telehealth visits through the Pet Care by DaySmart app

  • A trusted veterinary partnership centered on your pet’s lifestyle, comfort, and health goals

Step 3: Choose Your Membership Tier

Important Notes (applies to all tiers):

  • Monthly memberships include ongoing treatments and supportive therapies that have been discussed and mutually agreed upon based on your pet’s individual needs and evolving care plan.

  • Travel fees are billed separately based on Zones (reviewed at your Initial Consultation).

  • Services, medications, or therapies outside your care plan may be billed à la carte.

  • Pricing is per household; additional pet fees may apply.

  • Care plans are individualized; pricing reflects estimated ranges and may vary.

Step 4: Renewal & Continuing Care

As your pet’s needs evolve, so does our care.

Each year, members are invited to renew their Scoobie’s Concierge Membership, which includes:

  • Annual wellness review and care plan update with Dr. Miyamoto

  • Evaluation of progress and lifestyle goals

  • Renewal reminder 30 days before expiration

  • Option to adjust visit frequency, add pets, or modify service zones

  • Continued priority access and scheduling

Renewing your membership ensures your family remains part of Scoobie’s exclusive concierge circle—where continuity, trust, and individualized attention remain at the heart of every visit.
